Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PayVeto Blacklist COD Shopify application (“the App”), operated by AdFeed Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. The service

The App lets merchants maintain a list of customers and rules that hide the Cash on Delivery payment method at checkout for selected customers, guests, or tagged customers, tag customers in the Shopify Admin, and view related order activity. Features, plans, and limits may change over time.

2. Acceptable use

• You must have a lawful basis to add a given customer to your block list and to tag customers, and you are responsible for that decision.
• Do not use the App to unlawfully discriminate, harass, or violate the rights of your customers or any third party.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the App’s security, rate limits, or plan restrictions.
• You must comply with Shopify’s terms and all applicable laws.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing system according to the plan you select. Charges, trials, and plan limits are shown in the App and in Shopify. Uninstalling the App stops future charges as handled by Shopify. We do not process card data directly.

4. Data and privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You remain the controller of your customers’ data and are responsible for your privacy obligations to them.

5. Availability and warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block every intended checkout in all circumstances (for example, where Shopify checkout behavior or a buyer’s data prevents a match).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the App in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or Shopify’s policies. Data deletion after uninstall follows our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s redaction webhooks.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above changes when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
